1. Do you offer a guarantee?
Our objective is that our clients are completely satisfied with our service. To that end, we will strive to exceed all of your expectations; however, if you're not pleased with your new website, we will refund 100% of the advance paid.

- • 100% Refund if requested within 21 calendar days of contract date.

- • Refund is not allowed after third revision request.

- • Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
- • Hosting fees are refundable as described in your hosting agreement.
2. This is my first website, can you help me?
Yes, absolutely! A Project Manager will be assigned to you and will be available to answer any and all of your questions. We will work with you from day one and walk you through the process.
3. I already have a website, can you help me?
Yes. Website loads a little slow? Site is outdated? Regardless of the reason you are updating your site, we can help.
4. I run a non-profit organization and have little funding for online marketing, can you help?
We appreciate that many non-profit organizations lack the funding to professionally market themselves online. For the many groups and organizations that are working to save lives, ease suffering or lift the human spirit we are honored to lend a helping hand. New Horizon Web Services will donate a 3-page website with PayPal integration to those charitable organizations which meet the following criteria:
- Recognized 501(c)(3) organization
- Must provide copy of IRS 501 (c)(3) designation letter
- Main office is in the United States
- Not a religious organization (church)
- Does not charge membership dues
- Primary function is to serve people (ex. Not a pet rescue)
- New Horizon Web Services reserves the right to decline any organization for any reason

5. How much input do I have?
We encourage and welcome your input. The design process is VERY interactive and the more input we receive from you, the more likely you will be satisfied with the finished website. We never lose sight of the fact that it is your website, and you will always have the final word.

Yes, absolutely! In fact, we will work with you closely to create the website based on your input. We will do our very best to make you happy.

8. Can you use my business's existing logo, brochure design, and other materials for my website?
Yes. If your logo and promotional materials are not already digitized, we can help convert them to a format appropriate for your website. Our designers will ensure that your web presence is consistent with the existing brand image that your customers already know & remember.
9. What does 'Website Maintenance' mean?
Website Maintenance refers to updates and/or changes made to your website over time. Keeping a website up-to-date is an important motivator for repeat visitors. Updating your site with new products, blog articles, event photographs and press releases are all examples of website Maintenance. Ask your Project Manager about our Website Administration service.
10. My company is in the service industry. Will a website help my business?
Yes! A properly designed website allows your prospects to gather information about your company from the privacy of their own computer monitors. Think of your site as a relationship builder, a half step between your advertising and your front door. Do you suppose it's easier to convince customers to visit your web site or to convince them to get in their car, drive to your store, park that car and walk in your door?
11. Who creates the copy/text content for each of the pages on the website?
You are responsible for creating all content material for inclusion in the website. We will place your supplied copy on the website as submitted by you. We offer copy writing assistance for a nominal additional charge.
12. What are your payment terms?
Many of our web clients chose one of our packages, which have no down payment and monthly terms. For more complex websites, 50% of the contract amount is due upon contract execution. The balance will be due along with your final written approval of the website, prior to final publication of your site to the internet. 13. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1995. In addition to web services, we offer a full range of I.T. services.

While we are located in southern California, we have worked with clients throughout the United States.
15. What is a host?
A host, or web host, is a company that has computers continuously connected to the internet. These computers are called servers and are assigned unique addresses so that they may be found by other computers on the internet. It is on these servers that your website files are stored and made available to the internet.
16. Do I have to host with you?
No, you are free to have your website hosted wherever you choose, including your own server. However, there are advantages to us hosting your site. You will have no concerns about any technical aspects of managing your hosting account and the servers, we do it all for you. You will have a single point of contact for everything pertaining to your website. Contact our sales department about our web hosting programs.
17. Can you host our website and register our domain name?
Yes, we will be happy to. Our hosting packages begin at $2.99/mo. The LOWEST rate in the industry! Domain names are $12.50/Year.
18. Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?
Yes, you can use your existing domain on our servers or we can register a new one for you.
19. I want a site like eBay/MySpace/YouTube/...etc. Can you do this?
These types of websites require complex web development and will be quoted individually. Costs can easily exceed $15,000 for this type of work.
20. How long does it take to design and develop a website?
Because each website is custom designed and there is a significant amount of interactivity with you during the design phase, it is difficult to predict how long a project will take. Typically, as an example, a 15-page website will take 2-3 weeks from the time we have received all content information from you. We will work tirelessly to complete your project in a timely manner however; delays can occur if a milestone that requires your action, such as approving design progress, is not completed in a reasonable period. Your Project Manager will be happy to discuss time-line concerns with you.
21. Will you custom design my website?
We do not use templates. ALL of our websites are custom designed.
22. After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves easily?
Absolutely! You'll have several options for managing your site after it's completed. When we're done constructing your new website, you will own it and have full access to it. You will be able to make any changes to the site if you have any web editing knowledge. We also offer a Website Administration service; ask your representative when you contact us.
23. I am in Florida, you are in California. Should I work with a local Company?
The Internet allows you to conduct business with a Web Designer from anywhere in the world and often get better service than from the Designer down the street. That is the magic and wonder of the Internet, and in reality, isn’t that one of the reasons you are creating a website for your business? We welcome visits to our office by clients, however that is not strictly necessary and we have not actually met the majority of our web services clients. We post everything that requires your approval on the internet for your review. Communication is easily accomplished with toll-free phone numbers, email, and Instant Messenger.
24. I don’t have a company logo, can you create one to use on website?
Yes. We have a graphic design staff that can create your logo. We can also design brochures, business cards and stationary to go with your website. Ask your Project Manager about pricing.
25. Can you help us get listed in Search Engines?
We submit your website to the major search engines when the site is launched. We also offer Search Engine Optimization. For more details, please ask a Representative when you call us.
